Idk, but since senior high, having a nap is kinda big treasure for me. mmm, i love sleep so well.
oh yeah,
today i just baked a raisin sponge and i felt really dissapointed with the result.
i don't believe that the simpliest and the basic of all pastry, i even failed. oh stupid me :(
Mommy really do want me to have my own experience to bake this thing and learn by my own mistake. She don't even give me an advice :(
she told me that its need technique to do this pastry, even the simpliest one.
Ohh, she is right! i thought it was as easy as folding my hand.
Big lesson for me today :
"Never judge something from its cover and always do things step by step"
But don't worry, i'll try to bake the same thing again next week and i hope i'll make it ! hehehe *Fightingggg !*
